So we created a guide with the most frequently asked questions people have before placing an order and after their order is place. Shipping

When will my order be shipped out?

Under normal circumstances your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days Mon-Fri. We try to get to orders as soon as possible but we are growing rapidly and sometimes we get backed up when we do sales. Please understand if you bought around a holiday or during a sale that it may take an extra day or so to get your order out. 

How long will it take for my package to get here?

Under normal circumstances your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days Mon-Fri.

USPS Standard Rate Packages go out first class mail which can take 3-5 business days. If your order is over $99 this is the free shipping option. 

You do have the option to upgrade to express shipping, which is USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) 

Our shipping warehouse is located in South Florida you can check USPS priority mail shipping calculator by clicking here, to see how long the package will take to get to you destination. Please use the zip code  33306 when using the shipping calculator. Please keep in mind this is only for priority mail packages. 

My package says it hasn't been scanned even though a shipping label has been created?

Do you ship THC products my state?

Some of our cannabinoids ship to all 50 states and others do not. Always check your local laws and regulations before ordering. We try to stay as up to date with state based laws but please understand things in this space change quickly.

I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address. Can I Change It?

If by some mistake you have entered the wrong shipping address please reach out to our live chat support so they can notify our warehouse and have the order corrected. We ship very fast sometimes within minutes. If the tracking has been created but not been picked up yet we can void the label and change the address. If It’s been sent to the wrong address and gets marked undeliverable it will get returned and you will have to pay a reshipment fee for the cost of the shipping.  If the order happens to be a valid address and not yours and gets delivered we cannot assist any further with this and you’ll have to replace the order, however if this happens, and it’s your first time we may offer you a discount on a replacement order. Please understand if the package gets return to sender we will wait to receive the package back before reshipping.  

My package was marked delivered but it's not here?

99% of the time (we don’t know why this is) the postal service will mark your package delivered, only to deliver it the next day. Please allow 1 extra business day after it says your package has been delivered to make sure that the postal worker didn’t just run out of time and decide to deliver it the following day.  This is very common and creates a lot of support tickets so if this happens. Please understand we get multiple calls about this same issue everyday and it’s semi normal for this to happen from time to time. 

The second most common problem is that it simply got delivered to the wrong house in this case please check with your neighbors. 

Lastly if you can’t locate your package and it’s marked delivered there is nothing we can do.  Since some of our customers live in areas where packages get stolen often we suggest getting a Post Office box if you believe theft could be a problem. 

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we Accept Visa, Mastercard, And Discover. We currently don’t accept American express but hope we will get approved to take American express in the future. 

Do you accept PayPal?

No, Unfortunately PayPal doesn’t allow any type of cannabis companies, so we are unable to accept paypal. 

What will the charge show up on my bank statement as.

The charge on your bank statement should show up as JBL Ventures. Please be aware of this so as not to make a chargeback.

How do I pay for a large order/wholesale order.

For orders of over $1500 we require a signed credit card authorization form for the transaction. If you would like to place a large order you can most likely get a discount by signing up to our wholesale program. All you need is a Tax ID number.

Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping, we do not make any money on wholesale order shipping so you can be sure we will ship the products to you using the lowest cost method possible.

You can also pay with crypto and we can send you a request for payment via Ethereum and Bitcoin. Please reach out to your wholesale rep and let them know you’ll be paying with crypto. 

Returns

I'm not happy with a product I ordered. Can I return it.

Please understand that we don’t accept returns because you simply don’t like a product, but if you are willing to pay the return shipping and send the product back we will apply a store credit so you can purchase another item. Please read our Alternative Cannabinoids Guide so you understand what to expect with each cannabinoid. 

My Vape Disposable isn't working or lighting up. .

With some cannabinoids you may have to inhale very hard to get the disposable to fire the first time. Since we use the best vape disposable hardware in the game Fler

This is normally not the case, but we see this happening sometimes. If your disposable isn’t firing we ask that your try another one if you have ordered multiples, or try charging it. If none of this works we will ask that you return the product ( we don’t use them, just throw them out) but these are the rules. We will promptly send you your replacement, or credit your account so you can choose something else from our website. 

My Vape Cartridge Isn't Functioning Properly

We have about a 1 out of 500 failure rate so we do know this happens. If one of your cartridges didn’t fire please send us and email to support@reefcanna.com so we can take care of this issue. 

I ordred the wrong product. Can I return it?

Sure, but since it wasn’t our mistake, you’ll have to pay for the return shipping. If you notice an item on your order is incorrect, please, reach out to live chat immediately, so they can create a ticket with our warehouse, to get everything fixed for you.

I was sent the wrong cannabinoid by mistake what should I do.?

While our warehouse logistics experts are packing orders at the speed of light mistakes do happen.

If a mistake was made please follow the following steps..

Step 1.  Reach out to live chat and explain the issue. 

Step 2. Email support@reefcanna.com with the subject line Incorrect Items Order # ( please include your order number) 

In the body of the email please give a brief description of what went wrong with your order and please include picture of the packing slip. The reason we ask for the picture is so we know which employee shipped your order and can take the appropriate steps to make sure your next order goes smoothly.

Your request will normally get reviewed within 1 business day. If a mistake has been made we will ask your to return the package (in this senario we will pay for the shipping. And we will ship you out the correct items that day if they are instock. 

Again please understand we are rapidly growing, we are humans and make mistakes. We do have all of our warehouse employees initial each packing slip so we can see exactly who packed your order. This helps us hold our employees accountable and allows us to talk to them if they are making mistakes on orders.

How are these alternative cannabinoid products legal?

All of our products are below 0.3% Delta 9 THC and compliant with the 2018 farm bill please check our local state laws and restrictions before ordering products from our website as we take no responsibility for any legal ramifications you make encounter if you unfortunately happen to be arrested with one of these products.

Do you ship HHC to my state?

We currently are shipping HHC to all 50 states. 

Do you ship Delta 9 edibles to my state.

Yes until the farm bill changes we will be able to ship our compliant delta 9 THC gummies to your state. These are legal due to the weight of the gummy vs the amount of hemp derived delta 9 THC inside the gummy. 

Is this legal to sell in my state?

If we ship to your state it’s most likely legal. However in order to sell products you will in most cases need to obtain a EIN and the proper tax documentation, and some states also require you to have a Food and Beverage permit or a Hemp Permit. You can look this up easily by googling Hemp Reseller Law’s (your state.)
